Dr. Sangeeta Shroff, Professor, VAMNICOM attended as a Resource Person in the Paper presentation on 3rd National Mahila Adhiveshan on 15th December 2023 organized by Sahakar Bharati at Bhagyanagar, Hyderabad and she delivered a lecture on ‘Role of Women Directors / Cooperators in the process of decision making of the Cooperatives”. The 2600 women participants were sensitized on the need for women to play a major role in decision making of cooperatives and be pro active in the activities of cooperatives. The main objective was to motivate women to form cooperatives and join cooperatives.
Dr. Pallavi Ingale, Associate Professor, Dr. A. K. Asthana, Associate Professor, and Dr. Rohini Vilhekar, Research Officer, attended and presented a paper at the "National Symposium Cum Industrial Meet on Agri-Business in Alliums: Innovation Promotion and Sustainability" organized by ICAR-Directorate of Onion and Garlic Research from 20th to 22nd, 2023.
