  • 35 years - 33 years in NABARD (National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development) . Retired as Director , Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD), Lucknow (UP) in April 2018. was In-Charge of NABARD Regional Offices of Bihar and Haryana as well as Chief General Officer of Off Farm Development Department in NABARD Head Office. Has wide experience in agriculture, rural development, livelihood, natural resource management, training, administration etc. Previously worked in Gujarat Agri. University, Anand (Gujarat) as Asstt.Professor, in state government of Madhya Pradesh and also in an NGO (BAIF)
