A variety of Management Development Programmes, Seminars and Workshops for different sectors is regularly organized by the Institute under this center.

Apart from conducting its own training programme TIS Centre facilitates the other centers in conducting short duration programmes (MDPs) as well as seminar, workshop, webinar etc. for various organizations of different sectors such as Agriculture Credit, Cooperative Banking, Long Term Finance, Cooperative Marketing & Processing, Industrial Cooperatives, Cooperative Law, Housing Cooperatives, ,Auditing , Micro Credit, Dairy Cooperatives, Sugar Cooperatives, Computer/Information Technology and other allied sectors etc.

The Institute organizes 120 and above short term training programmes every academic year and trained approximate 4000 -5000 participants every year.

The programmes are being attended by Chairman, Board of Directors and the Senior /middle level Officials of National/ State Level Cooperative Organizations/ Institutions.

Orientation training Programme is also organized by the Institute for the officers from the Indian Administrative Services (IAS) and Indian Forest Services (IFS).
